marketplace listing is not enable

Hello a friend of mine open his shop and he made his first item (today) ,when he  try to do copy to marketplace listing  his item that is copy and modify he can not its not enable to click it . In order to be enable what does he have to do? He put it in a folder he try to put only the item but still the copy to marketplace listing is not enable . why?

hello ty for writing back , the problem is that he cannot put his item  for sell the button is not anable to use it so his item can go to the listing menu from his invetory

First, he needs to be using the latest version of his viewer. If he's using an older version of Firestorm, for instance, the VMM (viewer managed marketplace) may not be enabled. It has to be in order to make a listing. He then need to follow those instructions and he shouldn't have a problem. There are video links there as well if he'll do better with those. To be on the save side, he should download and install the latest SL viewer. Then follow the instructions.

thanks for taking the time to help out , he has the latest version of the viewer , he mayde it by only puting it in the MM window , by edit  it still does not let him do it , but after many relogs all day long he did put it  in the listing window by draging it in there only .
