as everywhere, if the currency isnt't shown on the exchange it's not possible to use.

Not from any Linden Lab direct service I think, but if you want to trust a third party seller, there´s a website offering L$ for Bitcoin.  http://www.crossworldsxchange.com/buy_L$_bitcoins.htm

I never tried it though, so no experience with them, but the smallest packet they offer is 1000 L$ for 5,10 US$, so if you want to use Bitcoin really much, you could try out with that small amount.

There are some sites that mention L$ for Bitcoin using VirWoX which should be reliably enough, and I did use it without problems before, but as far as I see those sites want to forget, or don´t know, to mention that it just works when you first buy Bitcoin with US$, then L$ with US$, so, kind of pointless, I can´t see an option for buying with Bitcoin in their dropdown menu.
