Transfer permissions???

I did a test delivery but when I get it, I can transfer it, but I selected copy, modify, not transfer.  Is it transferrable because it's mine?   Will the actual buyer be able to transfer it?

Not sure if this is your issue BUT the check marks on the web form are only INDICATIONS to the buyer what the permissions are. You need to make sure those permissions are SET on your item. So check the permissions on the item inside the folder in your Marketplace listings folder in the viewer and make sure THOSE are correct.

 

The checkmarks in the web form need to be correct also or your customers won't be happy, but they do not affect the item in any way.  Not really awake yet, but that's my thoughts .

When I edit the listing, it shows copy/modify and when I see it on MP it shows the same thing so I guess I"m good.

My guess would be that it is indeed because you are the creator. I use an alt account for test delivery. This way you see exactly how a customer receives the product.

Hi Ivy. Good reason for an alt. You can then test sales ( and performance ) by using an alt to buy them
