starflitz
I was offered 220L for a skybox of 122 prims with control of audio, privacy, and level is mature. Take or walk away? ( not good at this estate thing )
Freya Mokusei
Do as you please. I'm not gonna tell you either way. When you're looking around, it's often useful to convert the numbers to a common frame of reference. Typically, I use L$/prim/month. So... Assuming this L$220 is the monthly fee (you don't say), 220 / 122 = L$1.803 per prim per month. You can then take this value and perform the same calculation with your other offers. If you struggle to get less than L$1.803 per prim, then you know you have a good deal.

Drake1 Nightfire
I would pay $220L a month for that skybox in a heartbeat. it's only .45L week per prim, usually you see between 2 and 4L a week per prim.
ChinRey
220 a week for 122 prims is about what you should expect. 220 a month... well, that seems a bit too good to be true. It's considerably less than the landowner has to pay in tier for 122 prims so he or she would actually loose money renting out at that price.
