Looking for store owner

I hope this is in the right forum, if not I apologize. I am neding the owner of the store Depoz  to contact me. Bought 2 items from his store and I'm not happy with them.. His name is Mash Mandala

Would you like me to send him an IM and ask him to contact you?  It's clearly very important.

When I asked in another of the forum threads if the person had contacted the product creator, they got all butt hurt instead but i'm happy to IM them.

You should contact the creator yourself as not all merchants keep up with this forum.  Just look him up in search and look in his profile to see if he has a preference in how to contact him.  When you do, be polite and be patient.  Not all creators are on SL everyday and they sometimes go out of town too.

Have you sent a notecard? did you contact the other person named? I would do both of these things.
