Combat System for ANY weapon?

Hey guys and girls!

 

I am looking for a combat system meter that works with any weapon..

Bascically  a script you put into your weapon that communicates with the HUD or ''Hp bar'' above your avie.

 

 

The reason is I want to have fun with friends on my sim but I dont want to buy a DCS system and then be forced to buy all the dcs weapons. We all have different weapons from different stores and we want to use our own. So my question is if this is possible?

There are a bunch of weapons systems in SL. Some are free and work with various weapons. I doubt there is one that works with all weapons.

There is the built-in SL damage system. See: Weapons in Second Life. This system depends on the region owner having the damage feature enabled.

There is a list of combat systems. I think it is a bit out dated. But, there are a few recent updates. See: Combat.

In the marketplace you’ll find free and cheap systems here.

There are more complex systems and DIY systems.

Getting specific recommendations in the Answers section is hard. You would do well to post in the SL Forum. You'll need to be more specific and explain the scenario the meter/script will be used in.
