Are there any places like cafes around to sit around with a cup of coffee and make new friends? The ones that show up in the search feature are empty. I'll save the landmarks and check back periodically, It doesn't have to be a cafe. I used to go to a tea house but it appears to be gone. Any similar casual environment would be great.
