HELP - bought mainland - can't give land permissions to anyone

Here is what I have done so far:

1.  Bought some mainland (not rent, I actually own it)

2.  Created a group, and made my husband and my alt an "owner" in the group

3.  Deeded the land to the group that I made

My problem:  The owners of the group still cannot access the land functions, such as changing the music or media, or eject people.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)
