i topped up twice and the money has come out of my bank but its not giving me the linden

i topped up using my bank card twice to get linden , the money has come out of my bank but it is not giving me the linden ! i rang my bank up and they said the money has def come out of my bank and been paid to them so i dont understand why i dont have the linden in my accound i have paid for

LL does never take money from your bank but always uses a party in between, Credit Card company, Paypal or Skrill.

If you try a prepaid or debit card your transaction will most likely fail.
