Sometimes your balance shown on the viewer is not accurate.  Check what it says on your dashboard on the second life website.  That's what's accurate.  If the amount doesn't seem right check your transaction history there to see if any automatic payments were deducted after you got your money, such as group fees.

If your dashboard and transaction history don't show you what you should have, call billing.
