Problems with lindens

I had in my avatar 2443L $
I entered the market to buy a mesh body in store TELLAQ
 

 
 
When I clicked to buy, I was directed to a page containing the following data:
 
ZINFANDEL MESH Avatar by TELLAQ L $ 2400
 
Currency Conversion Rate L $ $ 0.30 = U $ 71
Currently total debt in L $ L $ 2471
Currently total due


 
 
After this part of my lindens disappeared, leaving only 43L $
And no body came to me in Second Life.
I was in the land of TELLAQ store and clicked redelivery, the body does not appear on the page for my
 
So I went in transaction history and have it:
 
Date / time: 09/10/2015 19:44:20
Detail: Destination: Commerce Linden
              L $ Payment
              Description: MKT2 Item Purchase Order # 1396713400
Debit: L $ 2400
Ending Balance: L $ 43



 
 
And now I'm without my lindens and without a mesh body, what should I do?

File a support case  here...

Select "Marketplace" in the first drop-down and then "Failed Marketplace Delivery" in the second, which appears after you've completed the first.

You can also send a polite notecard to the owner. Show the transaction record with the number and I usually state the looks like the MP got hungry and the delivery failed. Tellaq is a reputable seller in SL and should send it to you inworld.
