Is Linden realms only for premium members?

Nope.  Anyone can play.  Go to the Portal Park ( http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Portal%20Park%201/128/128/24 ) and find the path that leads to Linden Realms.  Walk to the portal, accept the Linden Realms Experience when it is offered, and step through the portal to Linden Realms.

Some of the other experiences at the Portal Park are for Premium members only, but some aren't too, and they change from time to time. Keep going back and trying other ones.
