I sold linden dollars on the exchange but cant click process credit.. why?

Earlier today I sold lindens on the secondlife.com website and it credited an amount and it says USD and the amount but when I go to process credit it wont let me click the process credit tab or button at the bottom of the page.. does anyone have any idea why?

the information you give isn't enough to give a direct answer,

 

do you have a active verified paypal account?...  LL won't put money back on a CC.

if this isn't the cause you have to contact billing by support case or call

Yoiu need to specify what Payment Methods are being used for your various needs, specifically Billing Information:

Press that green Change option and set your What to Charge options.

To process a credit you need to have a Verified PayPal account attached to the Buying L$ in Second Life Viewer option.
