I signed up for premium today but i have not recived my 1000L does it take some time to get it?

yes it takes time.... 45 days even.

As the description at subscribing tells you, after 45 days being premium the sign up bonus will be paid.

It will take a lot longer than that.

When you register for a premium account, you get a sign-up bonus of L$1,000, deposited directly into your Second Life account once your premium membership has been active for 45 consecutive days.
