I can't speack for exactly when it is now a days but it used to be when your payment renews. So 30 days if you are monthly, 90 days quarterly etc.

I fully admit I am out of date on this one so someone chime in if it has changed.

You get the signup bonus 45 days after becoming Premium.

It's 45 days of continuous premium membership.  So, say, you sign up today you would recieve the $L1000 bonus on or about November 2, 2012 (45 days from now).
