How to get linden refunded from vendor

I bought a prisoner suit from an MD vendor and the vendor board took the linden but never gave the prisoner suit.  The owner has not been online in over a year so I have no prisoner suit and no one cares.  What do I do?

Did you try clicking on the "other options" button in the lower right corner of that vendor and selecting "redeliver"? Also, the price on that item is L$600 - I'm not sure how it allowed you to pay only L$300; I didn't get an option to key in a different amount. There is a sign labled "Everything half off!" but it appears to only apply to things in the room below the sign.
