Hi Sathomas,

You'll have to create a group, then "Set" your Linden Home to that group. You can then invite your friends into the group and they'll have whatever permissions you give to group members. You can learn more about land management here...

Maddy's answer is the best way.  But if you just want to allow someone to rez things briefly, you don't have to go to all that trouble.  Just go to About Land/Access, and check "Everyone" for "Build."

This means that ANYONE can rez objects on your parcel, so you don't want to leave it like that once your friend goes home.

What Maddy and Lindal Said.  Also if your friend is not going to to rez things indefinitely, you can set an auto return in about land objects.  That will clear up any unwanted prims.
