The message I wrote above ,appears every time I try to Rez something.even my clothes andAO.all was ok yesterday.i contacted land management ,but as yet have had no reply

That error message usually means the region has shut down the ability to rez because the memory allocated is over the limit.

If you look at Statistics (CTRL+SHIFT+1), Under Simulator -> Physics details, you'll see the Memory Allocated reading.

If the region is a Homestead, rezzing will be disabled when Memory Allocated is ~ 230MB. A full region will have rezzing disabled at ~ 920 MB.

A region restart will fix this problem.
