Renting out apts on parcels won in auction

Hello, I recently won 2 bids in an Aucton on adjoining parcels, but my thoughts before bidding, was to designate one of these parcels to renting out apartments. [ nice condos and/or townshouse building]. BUT, sadly that Q slipped my mind before I bid and then won. So, I sit here and ask all of you if I am allowed to do this as per Linden Lab bylaws. I thought best to ask before taking it upon myself to rez a building and proceed. Thank you for your time, and look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Simple, short answer: Yes you are allowed to rent out land you own on mainland.
