My traffic reading has not changed in four days and stays at 20170 permanently. help

Im asking whether anyone has any issues with traffic calculations on their sims atm . Mine has remained stuck at 20170 despite attendances being high  in events and  visitors. There has been no  move at all in four days  not even by one. Any one have any info or a way to fix this i would be grateful

Edits this to reflect that it has now been almost 6 days and my traffic still remains at 20170 when it should by all accounts read 26000 to 31 000 based on the regular attendance we have  plus the addition of three extra hrs of shows on top of the normal schedule. It is normal for traffic to fluctuate up and down but not normal for it to remain frozen with no change by even one number. Is this another traffic debacle similar to 2012

They're asking why traffic numbers are stuck lately...NOT how they're calculated. Traffic numbers ARE stuck gridwide since Sunday. Has anyone submitted a ticket or JIRA about this?

Traffic and search values have been stuck for a while, according to the link below they're 'fixed', but may take some time to recalculate.

[Closed 12:02 PM PST, 06 February 2013] Our search engine is performing properly again. Please note it will take the search engine some time to fully re-incorporate current event and traffic values.

[Posted 9:08 AM PST, 05 February 2013] Some Residents may be seeing stale search results. Our engineers have diagnosed the problem and are working to correct it. We’ll keep you posted.

Thanks karen and everyone for your comments and we have been informed this is fixed as of the 6th via grid status however my traffic almost 8 days later still remains at 20170 not the 30k it should be> And yes we did file tickets on this issue. We were told it was resolved. FRUSTRATING!

It's been stuck at both of my places also,They claim they fixed it but no changes at all.
