How can you add more prims to a LL house/land

I have a LL house and I would like more prims. Is this possible, or how does one go about this? Thank you

It is not possible to add more prims to a Linden House...simply as that, unfortunately.

If you own a piece of mainland, you can buy some more land in same region to have more prims. If both your parcels are in the same region, you can use all the prims on one of the parcels if you like, or distribute them to both parcels, as you wish...But notice, that your fee to Linden Lab will raise.

If you rent land from another resident, on estate land, you can ask the landlord if it is possible to buy more prims. Sometimes it is.

Your prim allowance (land impact allowance) depends on how much land you own.  You get to rez one prim (or prim equivalent) for every 4.38 sq m of land you own in a region.  If you want more prims, buy more land.  Meanwhile, learn to economize.  Buy things with the lowest land impact that you can without sacrificing quality.  Rez only things that you really want to have available at the moment.  Create effects with textures and lighting, where possible, instead of adding prims.
