Open the door and say hello?  Or give them a LM, or send a TP invitation.  Maybe you had a different question in mind?

If you mean you wish to give someone the rights to create/move objects in your home, you have to create a group. It will cost you 100L. See these links about Linden Homes and how to create a group:
