Group Owned land and reducing tier level

The Group parcel is 4096m. Myself and 2 others are in the group, all premium. The other two have deeded their 512 to the group. Can I decrease my tier level to 2048 and then add the three 512's from premium membershp to make a total of one parcel at 3584sqm?

Yes but not in that order.

Add the 512 sqm donations then reduce your own donation to the land group. I see that you already calculated the land group bonus.

Next... also reduce your Land Use Fee tier level afterwards since it will remain the highest value "experienced" in the SL Grid.
