I think we need to understand your problem better.

 

You've posted in the right forum, you've identified that you need the RLV API.

 

Freya posted a link to the API and then you asked how you'd use it. Have you read it? Do you already write scripts?

 

If the answer to both of these is yes then I can't identify the knowledge gap but you'll be looking at using the APIs for clothing or folder wear.

It's a fairly complicated thing to write if you are a beginning scripter.  I suggest instead posting your request in the InWorld Employment forum to attract the attention of a scripter who might be willing to write something for you.
