Is anyone willing to take my money and make me a custom skin?

I've tried and misribly failed to make a skin that I want.
I want my avatar to look like a specifc person, and I have some good photos to use as refrences or what not.

Answers is the wrong forum for this. Try the "Wanted" or "Employment" forums for a better fit, and probably much better responses.

As an aside: Are you looking for a skin, a shape, or both? It's hard for me to believe that there isn't a skin that comes at least CLOSE to that. It's the shape that's most unique about it.
