Job Requirements

• Be able to multi-task
• Perform accurate data entry
• Must be friendly & comfortable helping others
• Must have a Gmail account
• Ability to perform in high stress situations
• Reliable & dependable
• Not afraid to ask for help from management if necessary
• Must be familiar with our company & services
• Must be comfortable working as a team player
• Must be available to assist customers on an "on Call" basis
• Must be able to work quickly & efficiently
• Must have Skype or willing to download Skype
• Be comfortable using voice if necessary
• Must be over 30 days old in SL
• Must have an appropriate appearance which means no default skins, shape, hair or etc. You must have a quality skin & shape with nice clothing.
• Be familiar with & comfortable using one or more DJ programs such as SAM, VDJ, Nicecast
• Perform other duties as assigned
