Do you want to work in an elegant, upscale, environment? Tired of the same, noisy, rowdy clubs? Wishing you would be paid by the owners for every event they ask you to work? Have your own times you'd like to host and log into the tip jar? Finesse is the right place for you. At Finesse any time an owner books you for an actual event, you will be paid a salary from the owners of the club, as well as taking tips! During all other times, the club is open you are free to log into the tip jars as you see fit!

'Do I have to be part of the Sugar lifestyle to work for finesse?'
Nope! In fact, one of our owners is not personally involved in the lifestyle! However, it is imperative that you not only understand the meaning of the word "Sugar" but are capable of recognizing whether someone is in the lifestyle, or are simply soliciting themselves, or our members.

 

It is important to note that the group for the land, which we require our members to join to gain access, is needed to explore the land. You will be given FREE access to the group if you are hired. Otherwise, you will be only able to explore the main garden area, as the rest of the land is currently set to group.

All staff of Finesse will be required to uphold a certain dress code. While we do not require ballgowns and tuxedos, you must be properly dressed in an "upscale" and "classy" fashion. Dresses, slacks, dress shoes, and particularly nice casual clothing may be acceptable. Under no circumstances will we allow stripping, uncovered bits, or "street clothes" in the club by our staff.
