my perchesed items are not showing up inworld

so i bought stuff from marketplace and none of it showed up in my receved items. i alredy tryed logion of and loging back in to see if they would show up but they still didnt.

Hi Suzu,

Make sure that your marketplace order history (available at the left of the page after you click on your name at the top of the marketplace page) shows your purchase. If it does, there may have been a marketplace delivery failure. If you had enabled "Do Not Disturb" at the time you made your purchases, they will have been lost. In that case you'll have to contact the creator, explain what happened, and hope for the best. Otherwise, the delivery failure is probably the result of a glitch somewhere and you should file a support case. You can do that here...

Select "Marketplace", then "Failed Marketplace Delivery".
