Script error on everything, all scripts missing from inventory

anything i try to open with scripts throws a scripting error.  i also noticed that i have NO scripts in my inventory Scripts folder.  there used to be 1000's of scripts there.

example, i rez a boat, and sit, i get a script error, and the boat does not work properly.

example: i pick up my cat and get a script error

 

Can someone please help, and in this dummy doesnt understand computers language?

I doubt that the two things are related to each other, but the first thing I would do is try rezzing objects on a different region.  Find a sandbox on a different region and see what happens.  If you only get script errors on your own region, its servers probably need a restart.  Talk with the region owner or (if you're on the Mainland) submit a support case.
