My Recieved Items Folder and the one on the bottom is missing. How do I get them back ?

I know that there is suppose to be either a folder or a spot below for Recieved items from teh marketplace...yet mine seemed to has disappeared.
This is very frustrating because I have purched items to help with my roleplay. How do I get my items?
