I seem to have a lot of items missing from my received folder how can I get them back?

I started working in a club and I started noticing that items began missing from my received folder. How may I get them back?

you are supposed to take stuff out of there and store it neatly in a place appropriate for it in your inventory!  However, stuff is not supposed to disappear from there either.  Use the same methods that you would use for any inventory glitch:  Clear your inventory cache manually, then log in to an empty region and wait for your inventory to load.
