I cant undress one necklace

days ago i open a folder of necklace that me sending a person that not to know, I opened the folder and now I cannot undress the necklace, inventary says that this blocked...help

If the "necklace" is a type of slave collar and you have RLV enabled in your third party viewer, you can either:

• Log in with the stock Linden Lab viewer and detach the necklace, or
• Go to your viewer Preferences, disable RLVa (most likely found in the Advanced preferences).  Then log off and re-log.
