Out with the old and in with the new- so this year's freebie home is on the block and ready to be grabbed! :) Those of you who have been with me since the beginning may remember this guy but he's gotten a make-over and is ready for his debut.

So, here is the free one. Nothing spectacular about it but since most items are modifiable I am sure you can get your own creative ear muffs on and mold it into whatever you'd like AND it comes with a working fireplace \o/.

If you don't own land - it's ok, as it is only 82 prims just go rezz it at your best friend's parcel, he won't mind. -kidding-

Yes, you certainly do need to have land somewhere before you can rez a house.  It doesn't matter whether the house is free or not.  If you do not own or rent land, you cannot use the house.

If you are a Basic member of SL, you may rent a parcel anywhere in SL.  You may buy a full region in a private estate, but you may not buy land on the Mainland unless you are a Premium member.  See https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Buying-land/ta-p/700043

Just rez it in one of the public sandboxes, most have about 4 hours autoreturn, then you can use that land, free of charge.
