Network Issue with simulators.. Receiving a high ping sim although my ISP has good ping.

So lately past 2 weeks am facing high ping sim in second life except my rented home in SL. The ping sim peaks to 6000 or 8000 ms while when am at home in SL the average is 24-315ms. May I know the reason behind this? I did ran a trace route to the sl server, the ping it shows is as follows in the image :

Let me know the solution for the problem am facing , cause this is happening from the recent 2 weeks and I have enquired my ISP for any problems... Besides, I dont face any kind of ping issues to any of the other games neither the hardware I am using is outdated , the drivers are up to date though and the best suitable to play SL. The viewer am using is Updated version of Singularity.
