My launcher is not working, cant update.

Hi all, my friends :>
I have a weird problem with launcher.
I had downloaded game, then i opened launcher.
Game should now start to update. However it cant.
The download speed is 0 kbps.
Does anyone know why it is happening?

Maybe its because of it. I do not know.

OS especially, but the behaviour is weird to start: What viewer immediately updates itself from a fresh download?

If I had to guess, based on no further information: maybe firewall configuration?
