Log on issues

I just started SL 5 days ago. Today I bought an outfit from a shop and went to mu inventory and opened it up inside the shop.....put the outfit on and was logged off.....now everytime i attempt to log back on I get kicked off again....my av is wearing the outfit but it's also attached to my right hand.....everytime i attempt to do anything once logged on I get kicked off again.....what do I do?

try logging in at another location, if that doesn't work, you could send in a ticket for help

I sent one...they won't help because I'm a non-paying member....not a good way to get me to become a paying member.

Try logging in with a text based viewer like Radegast: link to download from here: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory

Make sure you log in to a safe lag free region, I use Filby for that but there's loads of empty water regions.

if you succeed, take off that outfit and try relogging on your usual viewer. If you don't crash then maybe there's something wrong with that outfit and you could contact the creator.

If you still crash there could be another problem but without knowing your system specs that's hard to tell.
