Sim rating question

I play on a G-Rated sim and this person walks around on a Adult avi wearing a diaper and sucking on a binky some would consider this Age play but its also ABDL witch i would think is a TOS violation now SL tos states you cant do adult activitys on s G rated sim can i report thois person

You can report anyone, for anything, but LL will only investigate if they deem the ToS or Community Guidelines to have been violated. 

Technically, although this person may make you feel uncomfortable, they are not doing anything against the ToS. They are clothed, and unless you have failed to mention additional details, they are not using adult poseballs or engaging in sexual roleplay in public chat. Wearing a diaper and sucking a pacifier are not against the ToS, not even on a General region.

They aren't even violating the ageplay regulations, to your knowledge. Not the SL ageplay policy, anyway, which states that an avatar depicting a child may not engage in sexual roleplay or be near adult poseballs or content. As this is a general region, there should BE no adult poseballs; and you state that this avatar is, in fact, not depicting a minor but is clearly an adult. It may be a gray area, but unless you have proof of actual wrong-doing, your abuse report, should you file one, will likely be ignored. 

Live and let live. Block this person, if they make you that uncomfortable; or discuss it with the sim owner/manager.

Don't we see overweight fellas wearing diapers on prime time TV every New Year's Eve? I refuse to watch Green Bay Packer games because of the chance I'll see guys wearing beer laden cheesehead hats and green/gold undies, alternately sucking brew through li'l hoses and wolfing down Cheetos.

Ariel's got your solution, right click the avatar and select Derender (Derender + Blacklist if you're using Firestorm).

indeed. And as it's his/her region if there were sexballs/furniture there (s)he, as the estate owner, would be the one in violation and subject to having the region closed...
