Question about Land Tiers

Hi everyone

 

If I bought land 1024 x 4 parcels one day and then the next couple of days I sold 1024 x 3, what would my land tier fees be?

In other words does the fees go off the max land  bought per month? and if so, what if I was to sell most of the land before the land tier fees were due or the billing cycle.

you have to pay for the highest amount of m2 ownded during a billing cycle.

4 x 1024 = 4096 minus your 512 free m2 keeps you at the 4096 level = $25

even one second owning 4096 keeps you on $25, no rebates for selling in the same billing cycle

As well as what Alwin says, next month, when you only own the one 1024 plot you will be billed again for the 4 plots unless you go to your account and set the correct land usage band
