Offering some free land use for occasional events

I have a cute European style square and I have recently added some new shop spaces to rent.  I wanted to find some ways to bring a bit of traffic to promote this and I thought a good idea might be to hold a few events.  So, if there is something you would like to plan, an event, party, wedding, book reading, please stop by, take a look and let me know.
