I have been away from SL for some time but at one stage had a fun night club and I was thinking of dipping my fingers back in the scene (I know a gamble) 

Can anyone recommend some land rentals?

Hello, nice to meet you.

I would like to recommend my self as a landlord. Im here since 2007 and I rent out only Mainland - full perm.

An example of my prices, that is usually ideal for a club::

1/4 sim (16,384 m.sq.)

3750 prims

L$4,499/w

When 4 weeks are payed the tier box pays back a 10% Discount!

That reduces the actual rent at only:

L$4,050 per week
