LOL! That's funny! Not very helpful, but funny. :D (btw; What I'm about to say is not helping that much either :))

@tony. This seems to happen a lot these days. I'm not sure what to do with it, but check this link: http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Account/age-verification/qaq-p/910025/comment-id/4302 for some info. Visit the jira linked to in the post and add your vote and comment.

Hello tony. It's a known problem last 3 days. Look this jira: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-3888

I don't to disappoint you but till now (as you can see in the jira) solution seems to be feasible only for premium members.   A comment there:

All that i could able to get from support is:
"We are currently having issues with the Age Verification, but you can process a ticket with a copy of your ID and your account will be Age Verified in 5 to 10 days."
PS: Manual verification available only for premium users.

Is good to vote there and to add your comment.

On the other side, you can have access in adult regions if you become "Account Verified", having "Payment Info on File". This way you have access in all of adult regions except of the estate owner restricts access to residens who are verified with Age Verification.

The last solution although i can't guarantee that you will get a reply is to send a mail to support@secondlife.com

Good luck.

Its nice of the JIRA team to try sending all these people to Support when they know support won`t help most of them.

If you are a Basic member I would submit a support ticket in one of the available account categories, attach a scanned copy of your ID and ask to be manually verified because the automated system is BROKEN!!

Its a joke for LL to keep sending people in circles between the JIRA and Support, one place or the other has to be responsible for fixing the problem.

"language is a funny thing... sarcasm, irony, inside jokes... they can tell you a lot  about  any person"

-----------------------------------

I'm amazed by cultural divisions. For example, irony is almost unknown in the United States - and sarcasm is practically illegal - whereas in the UK, both are essential for any conversation. Personally, I think the problem is that Americans don't beat their children enough, whereas Brits beat them (and their dogs) from an early age. :)
