Will LL ever make up their minds on where we can visit

A few days ago I was able to visit gaming sims such as LUCKY777 and PHANTASIA, now we all of a sudden can't visit there, lot of us don't wish to fill out some application and if it's approved to fork over 375L each month, we just want to have fun enjoy ourselves, to simply restrict gaming sims just to have fun could have dyer consequences such as layoffs, at a timne when jobs are the most crutial right now, we do not need layoffs, people fork over several hundreds of dollars to start a gaming sim, they need the visitors to pay so much on a game, over time it will break even to help maintain the sim

I do not believe Linden Labs charges a 375L fee for any gaming region or application to play there. Some groups do charge for access, however, I went to these gaming areas without an issue, and without filing an application or paying a fee. I don't know what you are reading otherwise..

Sounds like you hit a sim that the owner chose to charge an admission fee to their area, which is within their rights as a land owner.

As for the dire consequences you are predicting...Same song second verse...heard the same thing when gambling was removed from SL years ago and SL is still here.

Relax...LL have always been....well 'relaxed' when it comes to gamb..sorry.....'gaming' sims.

Sploders were allowed long, long after the gambling ban, and were only removed fairly recently  when someone realized at LL that they couldnt get away with it any longer.

There will be doubtless be places where 'gaming' machines labeled as 'skill' games, that any doofus can see are actually gambling machines, still hold sway.

Gambling and porn are frowned upon in polite society, but both bring in the mighty dollar aplenty.
