Transaction limits

Hello community

what the hell are 'transactions limits'. I try to buy Linden and not possible!

Anybody some idea why?

Limits

Notes:

• 24 hour and 30 day limits are computed on a rolling basis.
• The buy limit summarizes and restricts market and limit buy usage of the LindeX™ exchange.
• The sell limit summarizes and restricts market and limit sell usage of the LindeX™ exchange.
• The purchase limit summarizes all US$ billing activity that was not fulfilled from a credit on your US$ account balance. The purchase limit restricts all nonrecurring US$ billing activity that can not be fulfilled from a credit on your US$ account balance.
• "Days" in the New Resident limits description refers to days since first billing transaction with Linden Lab.

 

One of the reasons for the limits is to keep SL from being used for money laundering since they want to get in and out and not wait around for the time it takes to get a significant amount you can change.

First day is not the first day your avi is created but the first day you actually purchase Lindens. The limits are also there to protect LL from excited new players coming in and spending a lot of money then get annoyed when they realize SL isn't like WoW or some of the other online games.

Thank you bobbie Ok i m on Lever 1 means to change 2000US$ monthly (in the heat of the battle i read 2000 Linden/monthly and was very surpised about it). That's enough ... But the problem was with the PayPal Account ... The Saldo in US$ was enough but spreaded in 3 different currencies ... and not enough US$ - that's why i could not buy Lindens ...

 

All works fine now.
