JenniferNicole123 Resident
Hello to all Second Life usersI am wanting to do some shopping in the SL Marketplace. When I am opening up my account just now, it is in Italian. I thought it was supposed to open in English. Not sure whats going on. How do I resolve this issue?ThanksJennifer Rose
JenniferNicole123 Resident
Didn't see the language drop down at the top of the screen. I still find it odd, as I am not native Italian at all, and never changed it myself. Jennifer
ObviousAltIsObvious
yes, the marketplace is strange like that, your default language (including for emails!) is changed if you ever click on a foreign language link. to change back to your preferred language, there is a menu with a world map at the top left of the page, inside the black banner. JenniferNicole123 Resident
Yes, I had clicked an email to a MP store that it in Italian. I had no idea the change would occur throughout the MP system
Sassy Romano
Yes it's retarded. If your a merchant, you then get all sales emails in that language too. Utterly ridiculous. Wouldn't it be comical if when LL staff clicked on a link to say an Indian website, their salary was then paid in Rupees instead of US dollars but without changing the numerical figure.
