This can be done by activating the Start window by going to Me > Preferences > General > Start Location > Show on Login > Ok Next to your Login button you should now have a Start: window. Have you tried the suggestions already given to you? Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes? Have you tried logging into a different sim? You must try all the previous suggestions first before you can expect to see results. If resetting your modem/router thingie doesn't work, submit a support ticket and tell them you think it may be a corrupt group tag and ask them to inactivate it.
