Maturity Rating Glitched...Need help!

So in-world under me>preferences I have my maturity rating set to General, Moderate and Adult but when I try to use the web search it only lets me put a checkmark in General and Moderate. This goes for the web search in game and the web search from the website. I don't see any other spot to change my maturity rating besides in the viewer but since that is already been set how come my searches aren't working? 

 

Any ideas? Should I contact Linden support?

Just to make sure, here are the places to check your maturity options:

Since you registered with your real life information and birth date, all you need to do that is age related is to make sure you have selected the level of information you are willing to see in all these locations:

1) In the Viewer General Tab [ G ] [ M ] [ A ] - Check the desired options

2) In the Viewer [Ctr'-M] World Map Events: [ G ] [ M ] [ A ] - Check the desired options

3) In the in-world Search Window - Perform any search then check the desired viewing levels in the upper left area of the search window - [ G ] [ M ] [ A ]

4) In the MarketPlace click on the Show maturity levels Down Arrow and select the desired viewing options phrase. {Note: I find it interesting that you can select Adult Only as one of the options here}

Additional Note: Do understand that many Adult venues may also impose a "How Long Has the Avatar Been Created" restriction. This is to keep out griefers and in some cases, new persons [ noobies ] from these areas.

Oh sure it it. I just wrote this answer ages ago as a Macro for this common question. I'm still waiting for the OP to post a Yes or No to having checked in all 4 places...

Sorry I didn't get back to you soon. I checked all 4 places and the only place I cannot change is the in-world search...the web search not the old search. The old search is fine. Everything else is fine but the websearch the A for adult is greyed out. cannot change it at all. I use that search for the destination guide and I hate that my search is limited. 

 

See it's greyed out and I can't checkmark it.

I'm thinking you will need to Submit a Support Case to get the LL Kids off the starting line and fixing the hang-up for your account.
