I like mine cooked in a cast-iron skillet with a little salt and pepper and just a sprinkling of Dill on  top. But when the weather is all Stormie outside (I love it when it is stormie) I like them scrambled served with pancakes and syrup (I love it when a little bit of syrup get on my eggs... yummy).

So what to you think, how do you like your eggs? Is there a certain recipe that brings you inner peace or does the whole idea of eating something that came out of a chicken just crack you up?

I'd like them soaked with tea overnight before they're boiled into perfection. Boiled eggs must then be diced into small pieces so I can add it into my chicken congee with a little drops of sesame oil.

Meanwhile at a pick up bar....

Man: "How do you like your eggs?"
Woman: "Preferably unfertilised."

Easy over in a cast skillet with a little fresh ground pepper and salt.  I'd skip the dill, but pancakes and syrup with it are good in colder weather.  A little syrup getting mixed with the egg is a definite plus.

Or take the easy over egg, put it on cong you bing (a sort of flatbread with green onions), break the yolk and spread it over the flatbread and season with a few drops of soy and sesame.

Has anyone ever had pickled eggs? (hard boiled) :matte-motes-inlove:

We used to get them after a hard days trek through the far north queensland hills from the Mountain View Hotel.

some pubs sell them here, huge jars full of eggs and of course vinegar.

with a pint of ale, yum :)
