Eye always staying static

Hey everyone!  Can someone help me with this issue please.  For some reason my eyes always look forward no matter which way my head is turned.  This started tonight, not sure why.  Does anyone know how to fix this or why it's happening?

Did you disable "Show my lookat targets"? I don't know why else the eyes would stop looking around. I only noticed them moving when you focus the camera on something else.

as far i know the look at targets are only the crosshairs you see when you look somwhere, it does nothing else. ( except giving some people a reason to start lotsss of drama "you stare at meeee" ...

There's a huge decrease in eye movement when lookat targets are disabled.

decrease is not static ..

But it does do something other than just showing crosshairs !

 

Besides, I was just suggesting the closest thing I can think of that could be the problem, on the off chance that the OP wasn't being super literal. c:
