Do you know the employment rate in world countries?

Thats funny, according to that chart the US has an employment rate of 67.4%... Yet we have an unemploment rate of 5.5%.. How is that possible?

Statistics, statistics.

Is the percentage of the whole population, of the working population, do "stay at home moms" and people who have given up on finding a job count etc etc....

I wonder how America's 2.3 million people in prisons count in that,  if their counted as unemployed, or if prison labor is counted as having a job?

It says "Employment rate is calculated using employment to population ratio." So it includes, children, students, prisoners, homemakers, retired people, disabled people and so on.

Not sure if those figures have any meaning other than for trivia quizzes, they certainly don't say much about unemployment rates.
