Remember, of course, that you do not need to use your Premium land fee waiver for a Linden Home.  You can use it to cover the monthly fees on any 512 sq m parcel of land that you buy on the Mainland (not on a private region).  If you buy more than 512 sq m of land, the waiver will pay for the monthly fees on the first 512 sq m of it.  Some people will use that land purchase to have rental property that they can make available to non-Premium members who want to live or have a shop on the Mainland -- thus earning a little income from it.  Or, naturally, you can put your own house on the land.
